ALIEN ROOTS is the title of a space project that brings together 5 musicians from different parts of the Milky Way with a universal spectrum of Sound & Rhythm. Igor, Simone, Sharat and Heiko will take you through diverse sound worlds from Indian classical music to jazz and modern urban music to the influences of Roman stornellos, united by the desire for a unified sonic space, based both on the foundations of different musical traditions of the world, as well as on different approaches to otherworldly improvisation and composition, united by the futurism of electronic sounds.
