Liesbet De Rouck is the founder of The Self Love Academy, a body-oriented facilitator, spoken word artist, and creator of transformational spaces centered around presence, connection, and emotional embodiment.
Her work weaves together movement, music, spoken word, nervous system awareness, intimacy work, and deep human connection. Through modalities such as Tender Moments, Tantric Dance, embodied relational work, meditation, and live performance, she creates spaces where people are invited to soften, feel, and reconnect with themselves beyond performance or survival.
