Vinyasa yoga en ademwerk

Lindsay is a yoga teacher and facilitator. Her work weaves together yogic, somatic, tantric, and therapeutic practices, creating a space for people to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and explore their inner world.

In this class we will do a Vinyasa flow, where you gently flow in one posture to the next, while you connect the movements of your body with your breath.

Alongside the yoga practice, we will explore calming breathwork and somatic exercises to release tension, awaken the body, and deepen the connection with yourself.
