Dansworkshop: Organic movement Dance”

Classes have the essence of a "laboratory" as we explore different tools and techniques of dance, movement, primal movement, physical theater, and dramatic body expression. We can enter into movement research with understanding of personal cycles (physical, mental, emotional) and universal cycles, through the experience of the continuous present. With a broad palette to investigate diverse movement qualities.

This laboratory is the conjunction of methodologies such as Dramatic Body Expression (J.Walker), Physical Theater, Butoh, Noguchi Taiso, Contemporary Ballet and 21 years of study, practice and research of organic movement, in which the process of acceptance and expression of everything that emerges is a practice of presence through breathing.

This journey of techniques and methodologies plus the essence and creativity of each being leads us to favor personal growth through movement and listening. It invites us to make personal growth a daily exercise, as vital as breathing. In this way, transitioning from body awareness to moments of inertia to recover our center, from the ancestral being to the everyday being.

Movement research/observation deepens through the practice of "organic dance". The organic dance that already functions in our body internally, in the natural functioning and movement of bones, muscles, organs, viscera, systems, tendons, nerves, meridians, etc. and the permanent interrelation between all of them taking into account the 80% water that we are. We maintain a direct relationship with gravity and breathing. Integrating this observation with the development of "the continuous present", where our bodies remain in continuous transformation, from the very moment of gestation.

To achieve this sensitivity, as Japanese masters and teachers have transmitted to me, it can only be achieved through continuous conscious observation and practice. Sensitivity is not taught, it isസ്ത practiced. In my personal experience, it is a practice for life.
